Tower Hill Conservation Reserve

We are staying at a nice park in Koroit. It's near Tower Hill Conservation Reserve, which is an extinct volcano. Jacob, Mum and I had fun looking at all the different volcanic rocks on our walk.

There are koalas and wild emus at the park. The ranger gave me an emu feather to keep. It's unique to other feathers because it has one quill with two feathers.

It says on the sign that emus are the 3rd largest bird in the world. I thought they were second.

This is part of the mouth of the volcano as you drive in and down to the bottom.

Here you can see the edge of the volcano. Later an island formed in the middle.
