Flinders Ranges

Today, we drove to the Flinders Ranges to camp at a free stay right on top of the range.

This is the road driving in. The mountain range is lovely, far out along both sides of the road. There are also many wild emus in the grass plains.

This is us, right up high, level with the sunset it seems.

The view from our van having breakfast. Nice sunny morning, but it was really cold last night.

Going bone hunting today. Mum thought she saw a skull driving up along the road to our camp. It was a sheep skull.

This is near a sheep property in the middle of the range. So many bones, it’s very exciting. Even Dad is getting involved.

Jacob wanted to collect this spine.
