Lucky Bay

We are staying in Esperance now and did day trips to the nearby National Parks. Lucky Bay is part of the Cape Le Grande National Park. Kangaroos rest on the beach.

As soon as we got out of the car we were greeted by the local Kangaroos.

The sand is very white and squeaks loudly. I think it’s made of quartz crystal, similar to Squeaky Beach at Wilsons Promontory.

We noticed a few interesting things, including a Skate egg casing. A Skate is a type of ray.

The white sand enhanced the colour of the water.

The bay was surrounded by small islands. I’ve only noticed beaches with open waters to the deep oceans.

A perfect set of roo tracks imprinted in the white sand.
